We all face adversity at different times in life. Sometimes, life is tough but we get by on our own or with support of family and friends. At other times, you can feel completely overwhelmed and on your own with no idea how to move forward. At such times, counselling can really help. I am her to offer you a helping hand. Providing you with a safe, calm space to explore your situation and without judgement and a pace that suits you. Perhaps you are finding it harder to cope with the demands of everyday life, feeling run down or drained of energy and motivation for things you used to enjoy. You may be worried about the health of someone close and have no-one you feel you share this with. Perhaps you have a chronic or long term health condition and feel unable to share your worries and concerns with loved ones for fear of burdening them further, or maybe a carer feeling overwhelmed by the level of your responsibilities; Entering a different phase in life can often present it's own challenges; some are exciting like watching your children grow up and leave home for the first time.
